Super friendly lady at the reception, very obliging. Very large room with double bed and extra bed in a quiet location. Parking for a fee around the corner at the football stadium with parking attendant. Fresh fruit at breakfast buffet.
Unfortunately not barrier-free, everywhere you have to climb stairs. No free drinks (water or sparkling water) in the room.

Overall a really really nice stay for Fantastic Value. Fairly clean cheap hotel with superfriendly and affable staff. Convenient and handy location right next to tram lines, clean facilities. Based just off Prague 8 and a tram stop which links to two subway lines.

Hot water access tends to be limited during peak hours which is a hassle!!! The lack of helpful signage around the hotel left me wandering!!!

Good service and the food is fab. The breakfast is plentiful and excellent with a wide array of food. The location is relatively quiet, 2 km from a historic square.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. That speaks for itself. Each time we appreciate the familiar atmosphere, the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Hotel suitable for longer stays. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Couple seeking a cozy stay, look no further
The reception staff were real nice and always ready to assist us. The view of the fenced garden was something else, much better than we expected!
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

The elevator is not ideal. The elevator stops between floors. You always have to walk half a floor up or down!

Very nice big rooms, big comfortable beds, big bathroom, cleanliness, excellent service(parking), in 10 minutes by tram in the center.
breakfast could be improved, maybe 2nd coffee machine, scrambled eggs would have been nice

The location is realy great! The room was very quite and the staff extremely friendly. Great small restaurant with the best crepes I had ever before. I can recommended !!!
